hi, i'm belina !

Before all this, my life looked a lot different. From 2015 to mid-2021, I served in the Canadian Armed Forces as an Intelligence Operator with the Royal Canadian Air Force. working alongside fighter pilots and squadrons out of Cold Lake, Alberta. I also spent time in various coordinator positions at the recruiting HQ at CFB Borden and training out of CFB Kingston — experiences that taught me precision, discipline, and how to find calm in high-pressure moments.

But long before the uniform or the camera, there were always sports. I grew up chasing every game, every race, every challenge I could find — hockey, track and field, soccer, swimming, lacrosse, triathlons, you name it. Driven enough to earn a dual sport scholarship playing NCAA Women’s Ice Hockey and throwing Javelin at RIT, before transferring to Brock University, where I graduated with honours in Sport Management in 2014.

It’s funny how life circles back. The same drive that once pushed me on the ice and in uniform now fuels me behind the camera — chasing moments that matter. Today, through Western Cowboy Chronicles, I blend cinematic storytelling with western grit and quiet faith to preserve the kind of stories worth remembering — the ones that remind us who we are and where we come from.
